Our Organisation
Mario Nocerino and Diana Nocerino
Teamwork Finance is a company that specialises in customising capital requirements for property,
business and equipment acquisition.
The business evolved from the experience, expertise and knowledge gained by Mario and
Diana Nocerino working in banking and corporate business industries.
In 1997 Mario and Diana set up a finance business offering finance solutions across a
broad spectrum of finance product options.
During the years that followed, systems and procedures were created to provide efficient
services to their clients. Alliances were developed with suppliers of funds over this
period, through gaining credibility with their unique approach in a niche market.
Mario and Diana's excellent and respected industry reputation, along with their unique
client mix of services, was the basis of the decision to embark on a franchise network,
which was launched in 2005.
Teamwork Finance was founded as a finance brokerage by Mario and Diana Nocerino in 1997 and
operated as Sole Traders until they incorporated the business in 2001. They operated as an
independent business holding Residential and Commercial accreditations with various finance
institutions, including Westpac, Colonial/CBA, Suncorp, NAB, AFM, Bluestone to name a few.
Mario and Diana incorporated the business in December 2001 as Teamwork Finance Financial
Services Pty Ltd, and later applied and were admitted as full members of the MIAA in August 2002.
In 2005, the business changed their name to Teamwork Finance.
Mario and Diana pride themselves in achieving results in a personalised, unbiased, friendly
and professional manner and have over the years developed an excellent reputation with their
Lenders for a professional business operation and quality of loan lodgements.
Their responsibilities have included interviewing clients, preparing applications to Lenders
and following through to loan settlement for a broad range of finance products such as:
Residential Finance Business, Equipment Finance and Commercial Finance.
As a result of committing their finance broking to high standards of service and
professionalism, Teamwork Finance and a small team of dedicated staff continued to grow
the business and were ranked in the top 10 finance brokerages in Queensland 2001.
Philip Ciniglio
Philip has over 30 years of business, sales and marketing experience through his involvement
with large global corporate organisations such as Bridgestone, Century Yuasa Batteries,
Bartercard Australia and Donut King Australia, having held senior positions in General Management,
marketing, sales management and franchising..
Philip has been associated for over 20 years with the Franchise Council of Australia and is
currently a Director on the National Board and President for the Queensland Chapter..
Philip has an associate diploma in business marketing, is an Accredited Franchise Executive,
a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is registered with the Government
as a Mediator for the "Office of Mediation Adviser".
